T Paining is a verb used to describe what happens, on a Zoom call, when you start to cut out and your voice starts to glitch and stutter, resembling the heavily autotuned vocals of a T Pain song.

Bob: "The metrics for quarter --- zzz -- bzzz -- fzzzz --- "
Employee: "So it looks like Bob is T Paining right now...let's give him a second to reconnect"

Phantom Pain

Like when you watch something that looks painful, probably like a dude getting kicking at the balls or those weird ass sex toys that guys put inside their penis, like who the fuck does that?

And you somewhat feel the pain yet you physically don't.

Playoff Pain

Watching Your favorite team either blow a lead or be Eliminated from the playoffs in the most painful way possible (28-3, 3-1 Lead etc)

Alex: "Isn't he a Falcons fan"
Nico: "that blown 25 point lead was a level of playoff pain that no one thought possible"
