You can but you can’t do anything sexual with this minor until she’s the legal age of consent or their parents consent to the two of you marriage and you get married. So basically kissing and hugging and cuddling but be careful of cuddling that nothing sexual is about it. Including sensitive areas.

I had a forbidden love relationship with this five year old girl since she was 5 years old and had to wait 13 years later before we can get married and have sex.
