Nicoleitis

A severe, fictional illness that causes someone to not be "locked in" or focused. Often used in a humorous context to describe someone's scattered attention or lack of concentration, particularly attributed to someone named Nicole or similar sounding names.
Example: "Man, I've got a bad case of Nicoleitis today; I can't focus on anything at work!"
