Buddy

This is a person who you see a lot and give the name Buddy to. This person usually is cool in their own eyes. This person usually has a very close friend called a Sidekick. Like the Sidekick, Buddy trains in a form of Karate(usually Judo). A Buddy usually asks if someone has a license to do something weird. Something in their nature causes them to live only two floors above the ground.

"I felt like Buddy when I said do they have a license to do that?"
"Hey Buddy, how's it going?"
