Pollution generated through non-emergency activities for pleasure or amusement which can be expressed through toxic exhaust, loud noise, contamination or disruption of soils and waterways, and sudden changes to a temperature or natural light within a native ecosystem. Examples include: airline travel, use of internal combustion engines, two-stroke boat motors, snowmobiles, ATV’s, recreational space travel, fireworks, light, loud music, etc. Limits to this variety of pollution, is regulated in some regions for the preservation of natural habitats and also can be determined and set by individuals with regard to their conscious awareness of the negative impacts caused from such activities.

Universal Pollution, literally, refers to a kind of pollution that is affecting the whole world. It can be anykind of pollution, often not referring to environmental pollution or any environmental issues. People will not compete for Universal Pollution and its supply is far greater than its demand (probably no demand), scarcity will not occur. People would like to get rid of Universal Pollution. People would prefer less of them. It has a negative price and it is with a negative value to the consumer. Therefore, Universal Pollution is a kind of bads (opposite of economic goods).
