It is referred to when a person spots a baby who bites and chomps on people's feet ... WILE BABIES!

It can also be referred to as something else, but this is the correct definition no matter what a Northern Irish person says !

Omg, did you see the WILE BABIES in the nightclub last night ? They were fairly eating feet !
