Eastern European Card Draw

A bogus drinking card game you play with a group and target an unsuspecting person. The whole time you (and your accomplices) work to make the subject drink as much as possible. Goal is to see how far you can push without letting them discover that there is no actual structure to the rules and they always seem to have to drink.
Examples of how Eastern European Card Draw plays out:

"Guess this card"
"Seven of Diamonds?"
"It is a Diamond, but it's a nine. And since it is Wednesday you must drink eleven sips."

"Guess this card"
"Six of Hearts"
"It's a ten of Clubs, ten minus six is four but multiply by a factor of three because you're drinking a light beer. So drink twelve."

"Guess this card"
"Ace of Hearts"
"You got it! Everyone else drink one."

Poo Card Makes The Tea?

A quick card Game to decide who makes a round of tea! Played with a certain pack of "watersports" playing cards from Amsterdam, where all the cards have piss related pictures on them, except one of the jokers which is poo related!
Players are determined by the number of people that would like a cup of tea! (if u dont play u dont get one)
Whoever happens to pick up the "Piss Cards" first is automatically the dealer! (usually the person that suggested the game)
The cards are then shuffled and dealt out one card at a time to each player starting from the dealers left until one person gets dealt "The Poo Card"!

Then that person has to make everyone involved in the game a cup of tea!
Ok, so who wants tea?

Me
I Do
Yeah I do

House-of-Cards Justice System

A "house-of-cards justice system" is a system that gives the illusion of standing for justice, but is simply a set of barely balanced cards, stacked upon each other to suit the requirement of the time, and which will collapse on closer analysis.
Johnny: Dang, a minority religious leader from my neighborhood was charged and convicted based on no evidence or witnesses
Jake: Hays County has a house-of-cards justice system

"The Card Says Moops" Maneuver

A form of logically fallacious reasoning that involves winning an argument by taking a contrarian position that is left just vague enough to where they win the argument regardless of which side comes out on top.

Named after the famous scene from the Seinfeld episode "The Bubble Boy."
There's a certain beat-you-at-your-own-gameiness to "The Card Says Moops" Maneuver. "Safe spaces are bullshit, but if you get one I get one, too." "There's no such thing as systemic oppression, but if there were, I'd be oppressed." It's dismissing the rhetoric of social justice while also trying to use it against you. Claiming "the card says 'Moops'" does not so much mean "I believe the people who invaded Spain in the 8th century were literally called 'The Moops'," but rather "you can't prove I don't believe it." Not a statement of sincere belief; simply moving a piece across the board. All in the game, yo.
