A person that suffers from the rare disease which is anal cancer. Some symptoms of this very life threatening disease are explosive diarrhea, shitting uncontrollably, wet farts, rabbit like turds and bloody bum mucus. My heart goes out to these people as it must be hard to deal with.

Person 1: "That Lucia girl? She stinks of rabbit turds and wet farts"

Person 2: "Ik she fucking stinks. Can u see that lump in her pants?"

Person 1: "She must suffer from anal cancer"
