Phrase used when when someone else makes a particularly lame statement, excuse, or explanation. A sarcastic politically correct way of saying 'that's so gay'. (gay meaning lame, weak, pathetic, stupid, but not necessarily homosexual)

(Secondary Use)
However, may also be used to imply that one of your straight friends is gay or has girlish tendencies, either as a joke or in order to pressure them into doing what you want.
