When someone looks perpetually angry or bitchy or insert other negative adjective here, but it's really just their face. When you meet them later, you realize they are a nice person, but the first impression is that they've got a stick up their ass.

Person 1: Have you seen Josie today? She was mugging me in the hallway.
Person 2: Aw, no, don't take it personally. That's just her face.

James: Did you see Henry today? He looks so stoned.
Timothy: Oh, no that's just his face.

Jim: Do you know who Jenny is?
