Get the Shituationmug. For nurses CNAs (nurse's assistants) and other health care workers, an incontinent patient with a very messy bowel movement, likely in their diaper, and sometime all over the bed.
That last patient was a genuine shituation. We needed all hands on deck. I went home and immediately took a shower in case I got any on me.
