Jordan talk

People stand around talking about their Air Jordans or complementing other people's Jordans. There are so many different kinds of Jordans, it can be a long discussion. Air Jordans, Michael Jordan, Nike, Jordans, sneakerhead, trainers, basketball shoes, basketball

I love going to the barbershop on the weekend, all the guys wear their latest and greatest Air Jordans. The Jordan talk gets pretty intense.

talk blocking

this happens when you are trying to talk to a person and another intrusive annoying person keeps getting all up in the business, making the conversation difficult or impossible

Kendra: Hey did you run into Elias again?

Michelle: Yeah, but Rachel kept talk blocking! What is her problem?

Kendra: Oh she talk blocks anyone she sees as a threat. She knows she has to go to extreme measures to keep his attention.

talk recycler

Someone who reuses what they say to one person and then says the same thing to the next person they see in hopes that it will spark a conversation.

this is very annoying especially if it fails on you and you hear them start saying it to another person.

Example of a talk recycler as follows:

Rob: i really hope it doesnt rain today
Sue: yeah

failed attempt

rachel walks into room

Rob: I really hope it doesnt rain today
rachel: me too i have a party outdoors tonight. what do you have planned?

Rob recycled the sentence I REALLY HOPE IT DOESNT RAIN TODAY. therefore he is a talk recycler and that sentence was recycled

Roll Talk

Roll talks are the conversations you have while you are rolling. A roll talk is one of the deepest and most amazing conversations a person can have. The conversation is usually held between two people who are rolling, but it can also be one person who is rolling talking to someone who isn't.

Stacy: Dude, yesterday I had a roll talk with Luke. It was such an intense conversation. We talked about friendships, and graduation, and fate. I cried a few times when it got really intense.

Sammie: Wow that sounds amazing. You must have gotten pretty close last night.
