Get the ray shenemug. A fictional plot device used in poorly-written erotica to explain why a character in a sex story that's the Ice Queen one minute is suddenly, unexpectedly an out-of-control nymphomaniac the next. The term "gay ray" for male-on-male stories is analogous.
