Actually the punch line of a joke popular in the UK in the early 1960's, which migrated into the greeting. Pseudo Japanese for 'wrong hole'.

I don't think it would be tasteful to include the joke which ends "Wang ho!"

Bro hug definition: A manly and heterosexual hug between two men. Works well as a greeting, goodbye, congratulation, etc. Other people may think it to be gay, but the two men know what it really means.
