The sort of generosity that occurs when a person has just gotten his/her driver's license. This usually results in the driver wanting to pick up his/her friends all the time.

northern driver

One of the most aggressive drivers on the road. Usually from New York, but can be from New Jersery or Eastern Pennsylvania. Weaving in and out of traffic and a high rate of speed are a normal occurrences. Hated by most, but not as much as a Sunday driver.

"Wow! That guy is driving really fast!"

"Yeah, he must be a Northern driver."

"Yup, look at his license plate. New York."

"Asshole."

When a person is driving a vehicle and has so many distractions or just doesn't care, blattenly cuts people off, runs red lights, drive the wrong way of a one way street, ect.....

During rush hour traffic I saw at least three blind drivers run a red light at the crosswalk by the court house
