Spoon, most commonly known in its plural form spoons, but not limited to its formal form spoonsy, is a nickname that describes a person who eats a lot of pudding, always has a spoon behind his or her ear, or uses wit and sarcasm to derail an awkward situation in his or her already awkward and miserable life. Or in some cases all three.
