The phrase a person who has no interest in reality tv tells the person who does have interest in reality tv that they have feelings for them. It's a genuinely sweet gesture with no expectation for love making. It's just so that the person will be near the other.
Ashley: "Hey, I know you don't like cooking shows, but there's a finale on tonight. Would you like to watch it with me?"
Michael: "Yeah, I'll watch reality tv with you. I'll watch anything as long as I am near you. I care deeply about you."
Ashley: "Wow! Wow! Wow!"

A way to silence someone by agreeing to what they just said. Usually said with a strong scouse accent for emphasis. The longer the phrase can be extended with additional words, the better.
Steve: hey have you thought about becoming a vegan?
Ted: yeah mate yeah, okay mate very good that yeah

Basically, when answering “no” to a question. The only difference is the idiot who answers shakes their head up and down, replying “yeah” to in fact tell you the answer is “no”. Then ending with a “yeah” to confirm the “no” meant “no” again saying “yeah” that the answer was “no”
Me: “is there any reason why you’re such a tool?”
The tool: (shakes head up and down) “yeah, no, yeah.....”
The tool: (shakes head up and down) “yeah, no, yeah.....”
