The Birmingham pancake is an addition to the typical English breakfast, it's performed in the same way as an Alabama pancake is usually made.

San Francisco Pancake 

The act of piling up multiple men (bottoms) on top of each other. Then the top roughly inserts his manhood into each participant starting from the flap jack on bottom and working his way up.
