When someone with ADD has drifted into ADD world this is used to snap them back into the real world. This derives from the joke, how many people with ADD does it take to screw in a light bulb. Lets go ride bikes. The punch line of the joke is that if people with ADD were to screw in a light bulb then they would just forget about it and deside to ride bikes.
