If you encounter a website which the title is "the truth about", most likely it is a pseudoscientific website consisting of baseless claims with no citation.
"The truth about Saturated Fat" Then begins to tell us how healthy saturated fat is for us which is dangerous misinformation because Saturated fat is known to increase triglycerides and cholesterol levels in the blood, therefore increasing the risk of coronary heart disease due to causing a build up of plaque in the arteries.

Parents: "We'll think about it "

Me:"The replacement controller for my PS4"
Parents:"oh that. We said no last time"

Men need to be cares for, looked after so every year on the 3rd of December ask a boy if you encounter one, “Are you okay?” get them to express their feelings to you.
Her: “Today is the 3rd of December which means it’s National Care About A Boy Day”
*walks to a boy*
Her: “Are you okay?”
Him: “No, not really”
Her: “Let’s go talk about it”

used as an ironic acknowledgment of one's familiarity with a difficult or unpleasant situation or experience described by someone else.
"My car broke down on the highway in the pouring rain, and I had to wait for hours for a tow truck." "Tell me about it," my friend replied, sighing as they clutched their own dead phone. (Their sigh and clutching the phone imply they're also stuck in a difficult situation).
