Caito Spreading

A term used in British Parliamentary which is based on Matt Caito(famously known as fast speaking man). It's used to refer to when you matter dump in a speech and speak very quickly to do so.

"I was caito spreading so bad in that debate the adj had to unmute to ask me to slow down."
