Smogejay

one who is a bum, crack head, or very poorly dressed individual who roams the streets in suburban areas. He/she tends to beg for change (particularly quarters) and if not given some they could get aggressive.

guy: man i cant even walk to the store without 2-3 smogejay's bum rushing me for quarters
Smogejay: aye youngblood lemme get some quarta from ya.

guy: hell naw smogejay take your rat ass someplace else
