A pigeon person has the same traits as a pigeon and its relationship to person that feeds it. If you see a pigeon and you feed it - after it won't fuck off. A pigeon person is when you preform some act of kindness towards the pigeon person and then they won't leave you alone then after, thinking that they are bff's with you and not giving you any time alone when your in public.

Person1:"Hows you new bestie?"
Person2:"He's not my fucking friend, I seen him on his own in school so I talked to him and now he won't fuck off."
Person1:"Sounds like a Pigeon Person to me."

A pigeon is the name given to a person who has little creativity. Often has dull, boring, unoriginal ideas so they tend to tend to follow the crowd (like a pigeon follows it's flock). All they do is use others to get themselves through life.
