Figured out everybody's been saying it as a joke, so I'm going to define it the best way I can.

"Amelia" is a derivative of the German name "Amala", meaning "hardworking" or "industrious", and hardworkinng makes more sense in the context.

The subfix "-riffic" is either a commercial rebracketing of "terrific", a synonym to suffixes like "-icious" or "-tastic", or a suffix used to intensify nouns.

Therefore, the meaning of "Ameliorific" probably is "terrifically hardworking
