A day everyone used to look forward to until a 13-year-old came out with a song called Friday and turned the day into a negative connotation. As a result, we now have all these Friday jokes we can't get away from.

Girl 1: "I'm glad it's Friday. Can't wait to go home, sleep, relax and chill with my friends"

Girl 2: "Friday, Friday, gettin down on Friday everybody's lookin forward to the weekend"

Girl 1: "Partyin, Partyin (yeah)"

Girl 2: "Partyin, Partyin (yeah)"

Girl 1: grabs a bat and hits the other person with it "fun, fun, fun, fun" now stop ruining my Friday with this abomination

Frid

Short for the name Friðrik. Synonyms include: Frito, Froyo, or the Americanized "Fridrik." A more exotic name for a white person. A tall blond boy who is very smart, loving, and works hard even though he doesn't admit it. A Frid may not realize his full potential, and may require reminders of how great he is. Frids have a honed sense of humor, such that you may only understand when you're older. Frids are rare occurrences; upon finding one, to initiate interaction, try saying something like "Sports!" or "What's your 400m PR?"

Filthy Friday

Not showering on Friday morning (or Thursday night) due to laziness brought on by excessive alcohol consumption. Such an action leaves one smelling less-than-perfect all day long on Friday, necessitating an all-too-brief wash-down after work or school before the nightly cycle of drinking begins anew.

I was going to meet Becky right after work, but I had some Filthy Friday action going on, and didn't want to meet her wearing the same outfit as last night.
