When a person is mentally a physically slowed because of either being under the influence of weed or long term exposure to weed. When someone is on Weed Time they are much less productive and have a "fuck it" attitude

Something homeschoolers think exists. It's said that hardcore weed, sometimes referred to as "extreme cannabis" or "supreme marijuana" is hardcore because of its extremely addictive qualities and ability to send users straight to hell. Most commonly sold in rocks, among other forms.
