A whiny snoty nose brat that has never tried anything in their life, high unlikely they every played sports or ever had contact with real men. They let hairy women walk all over them and prefer a good pegging from behind. They prefer jobs such as washing dishes at a restaurant and that's IF they actually work and don't live off of their parents. A term that defines people who refuse to wear a mask or take necessary precautions during the Covid-19 Pandemic. It is a derivation of the word "Rat-Licker" from the bubonic-plague period, which yields a similar meaning.

It may also be used for a more appropriate term than Anti-Maskers; Referencing the supplementing definition made by "Sheldon :)"
