Someone who does what ever people tell them to do to please other people instead of themselves. The sugar cookie getter also let's other's influence their thoughts and preceptions about life. The sugar cookie getter gets NOTHING in return for their "eager to please" like actions, basically a do-boy and or do-girl. A sugar cookie getter is more likely to be a high school freshman, a person with low self-esteem, or just a stupid provincial bitch.

Phrase used in the Northern part of the United States to denote absolute approval, recognize achievement, or display copious amounts of affection for an entity.

Modern-day revival of mint.

The long, burdening, inherent length of the phrase truly shows the user's approval of what/who he/she is directing the phrase at because it rejects the laziness and ease of staccato approval words such as "cool", or, "favorite."

Sami: Look at my sloth hands! Aren't they adorable?
Jake: Sure.
Abbey: You guys are just the cookies and cream!

Abbey: I'm so cool.
Jake: The cookiest and creamiest, if I may say so myself.
