Not to be confused with a monster tick (the insect).

Tick Monster is a saying mainly used in the urban societies of Hawaii, meaning "very muscular" or "ripped".

Ex1: Ho' brah! Dwayne Johnson is one Tick Monster!

Ex2: Chee, have you seen Trevor? Da guy works out every day, no joke! Dat guy stay one Tick Monstah!
