It is a verb that derives from the 2009 film Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li. Charlie Nash, as portrayed horribly by Chris Klein (the "sensitive jock" in American Pie), uses this phrase to end almost every radio transmission. The overacting and failed "badass-ness" is painfully evident when this phrase is spoke by Klein.
