A dirty gizmo is being slapped or hit.

OR:

Getting slapped in a dirty way (butt, boobs, ya know), then you yell "DIRTY GIZMO!"

Person 1-"Did you just slap me?"
Person 2-"yeah, I dirty gizmo people frequently"

OR:

Person 1-"omg, I just walked down the hallway and that guy slapped my ass!"
Person 2-"Oh dang, he dirty gizmoed you!"

The words can also be reversed i.e.: "Dirty Hectics" or bastardized i.e.: "Rectic Flirties."
