A dutch word, it translates: Meatvulcano. It means someone who is extremely fat and obese, obese like the average american.

Man 1: "Kijk hem hij is echt dik!" (Look, he is actually really fat!)
Man 2: "Ja, Vette vleesvulkaan!!!" (Yes, big fat meatvulcano!!!)
