A teeny bopper is not a typical prep. They are normally 8-11, they are compleatly flat, no boobs whatsoever, yet still wear shirts meant to show off tits. Very short skirts(dont get me wrong, i wear them too, but im 14, not 10) They wear far too much make-up, despite the fact the have no idea how to put it on.

Get the Teeny Boppermug. A person who does what she wants, listens to what she wants, and wears what she wants. It is a steriotypical term that is used very loosly to describe most teenage girls. It is used to descibe what others see as "teeny bopper" when said people don't even take into account thier intellegence quota. Not all teen girls that are into Good Charlotte and the like are teenie boppers.
Random person: Hey, what music are you into?
"Teeny bopper":Im into Good Charlotte.
Random person:You're such a teenie bopper.
"Teeny bopper":That's a biased opinion based on the influences of society against teenie boppers. F*ck you.
I'm tired of being labled as a friggen teeny bopper for being 13 and into Good Charlotte. People can be so judgemental.

Get the teeny boppermug. Any down to fuck female who is under legal age (usually under 18, in some cases girls under 21). Teeny boppers come to parties to drink everyone else's beer and feel "cool" because they are hanging with an older crowd. Be wary for these girls are jail bait and also attract police wherever they go to get fucked up.
My buddy wants to hook up with a younger girl, so I told him I'd invite some teeny boppers to my next party.

Completely obsessed with MTV and listen to crappy corporate rock(like Avril Lavigne, Nickelback, Justin Timberlake, 50-Cent, and all sorts of other losers). They butcher English down to the point that it's virtually unreadable.
