Definition:
When you feel the need to rub one out, but are in a public setting, and need to find somewhere secluded, and fast.

Ex: at work, go to the restrooms. On the street, duck in an alleyway. At family dinner, in the kitchen. Wait, no, don't do that, you sicko!
