Half-Life 2's AI that commands the Civil Protection and Overwatch Transhuman Arm.

It has a female sounding voice and has no physical form.

It gives warnings and orders to soldiers and officers. It receives orders from the Citadel and puts them in effect.
Overwatch Soldiers and Civil Protection Officers can request reinforcement and other things depending on their situation.

some sort of guardians sent by the aliens called the combine to control the people after humanity lost the 7 hour war. the cowardly monkey ass ASSass called wallace breen allied with them and became the administrator of earth. he kinda is the ambassador nobody asked for. under his control, there are the combine overwatch. they are police people that prevent people from rebelling. they do it anyway. they only exist in the half-life franchise. (francheese? french fries? fuck it, idk how to spell that)

barney is pretending to be a combine overwatch guy to secretly help citizen and spy the combine.

Overwatch

It is a game for little 12 year old, cancerous, pussies that constantly shout "I hate this game!" every 10-12 seconds. The little children that play it are accompanied by 30 year old perverts who watch porn of the game every 4 hours. Once opening the game on the launcher you use, the dopamine in your brain, will immediatly dissapear from your skull. It's almost a form of verbally & physically abusing yourself, Just like a bully calls the 12 player "short" when they walk through the school hallways.

David: Let's Hop on overwatch!
Jan: Okay!

*30 minutes later during their unranked casual game*

Jan: Play fucking support you douchebag!
David: Hell no, you insubordinated, inbred, dwarf.
