A term to describe irrelevant foods such as cheese or hummus. When feeling peckish and lazy you may tuck into “picky nibbly bits” to satisfy your hunger.

Wolf nibbling at the back door

A sweating and itching condition caused by walking fast on hot days or by engaging in any other physical activity that makes your ring sting. Excessive pounding on the missus' rusty sheriffs badge with the wolf having recently nibbled at her back door may cause bleeding and discomfort.

Sharron: Fucken hell Shane, you've been hanging outta my ring all night and now there's a Wolf nibbling at the back door.

Shane: Sorry love, I was drunk. Tell him to piss off.

Someone showing signs they are getting mad. Eg rolling eyes, huffing and puffing. You would say “nibble nibble”

she nibbled

Similar to "she ate" but not too much. Pretty much the act of being slightly above mediocre but not fantastic.

Her dress is okay but she did a good job with matching the earrings to the dress, She nibbled that.
