Jay is a happy, go lucky sort of guy. A Jay is usually very hyper, and has mild ADHD. Although he may come off as annoying, his heart is in the right place. He will always be there for you. He cracks jokes when nervous, and is very sarcastic. A Jay is a fun person to have at your side, and will be great at cheering you up. Jay just wants everyone to like him, and to be happy.
