An adjective similar to "slaps". Whenever you hear someone say something like "Yo, this gets bizzy" they really enjoy whatever that is. Best used to refer to food, music, or whatever else you think fits. Commonly used in Baltimore.

A friend is trying a drink you recommended them "Yo, you never miss, this shit goes hard"
