People who identify as trans, but only through the anonymity of the internet. For someone who is 'discord trans', it is simply a fashion label they use to identify themselves - sort of like a friendly emoji, or a nice scarf.

"I thought his name was Bob, but on Twitter he's going by Sue, but I think he's just Discord Trans'.
