Actually the cringest thing ever. It is used as an emoticon closing its eyes and doing a weird squiggle thing with it's mouth. It is especially cringe to some when it is used in a sentence using the words 'hewo' or 'sowwy'. Although, this is a largely shared opinion, it is not meant to be hateful.

A wholesome text emoticon that shows both comfort and joy. Mainly used by people who don't use emojis, and can be quite confusing at times. 'Uwu' also is a way to show someone you care, or love them. Sometimes 'uwu' is used in a sarcastic way, which can be confusing to tell what that person feels.
