so you go with the flow, the mingle the style of the group. let me give you an example if someone says thank you, you say you're welcome. if someone says thanks. say no problem. fit in with the crowd and don't be an outsider. if one person nod up, you nod up. if one person nods down. you nod down to them.

fitting in is not hard. you should make a effort to sympathize with people styles and culture
