“A toxic relationship (or crush) is one that can cause distress or harm to someone due to unhealthy dynamics. This can be caused by manipulation, disrespect, or lack of support. A toxic person may also take more than they give, or cause distress in others through their actions or words.”

An fictional term created by me to comment on the Man v Bear dilemma. Other terms also include Bearsplaining and so on, as a way to make fun of the dumb terms like mansplaining by switching man with bear, seeing as that's what women want these days.
