Attention seekers who can't come up with their own name so they stole "Goth" from a Germanic Tribe because they are so un creative.

Try to look different, but they actually just end up looking like idiots.

Despised by many, they tend to make definitions of themselves on urban dictionary to defend themselves.

WHAT THE FUCK??? Gothemo...Im confused...How can a goth be in anway linked with an emo? An emo is a failed goth who takes everthing way too seriously, cries a lot, listens to shit like Taking Back Sunday who sing about how bad their lives are and how much pain theyre in and how much they miss their jack off girlfriends, whereas goths just get on with it. Sorted. Thats not what the original meaning of emo was though but i'll not go into that. After all its just a stupid label.

Goth

Generally people who like the darker side of life. Outcasts by choice, they listen to underground music because they dislike the mainstream and being a sheep to society. In most cases goths are very smart and artistic and have a sense of humor that can take a while to get used to (unless your a goth). Their humor is about just about everything from themselves to others, and it is intelligent humor. Goths aren't like the average and that's why their goths and contrary to popular belief, they are not all suicidal. In fact few are suicidal, just dark. Goths may come across as scary but are quite nice people. Becoming goth can be provoked by certain things in life that turn people into introverts, but they are still nice people.

Being goth is about being different and out of the ordinary.

the original goths of the 1700's took their look out of gothic novels, which focused on the darker side of human nature and were heavily infused with romance. femme fatales and vampires are the grandparents of modern goth. dark eyes, lips and hair are mixed with dark, usually black clothing, and plenty of romantic floaty, ruffly skirts and sleeves. today's goth is purely fake and way too focused on death.

real goths wear all black and maybe some deep red
they are not obsessed with death and suicide
they see the real flaws in life
they are big romatics
