Built Funny

Coined by me in the 2010’s, Built Funny is the opposite of Built Different. It means that’s your strange looking, deformed or a joke. Usually used humorously in teasing but sometimes as an insult.

Shaniqua: “Why are Timothy’s kneecaps inverted?”

1. Past Tense of verb, Funny Bone--to act out a joke in public, film it, and then post it online to elicit light mirth and merriment, sometimes involving trickery, surprise, and/or deception

2. Noun, comedy web series based on the same

First usage: 1815, Jane Austen's EMMA; "Mr. Knightley was ever so cross at Emma when she 'funny boned' Miss Bates at the Box Hill picnic!"
