Done a Duffy

When a person suddenly & without warning switches from the recovery phase of their psychosis (when there are few of any symptoms present) to the active phase (hallucinations, delusions, paranoia & erratic/odd behavior). Often doing a duffy or done a duffy is referring to someone finding out about their friend or associate's mental disorder for the first time after witnessing the sudden appearance of full blown psychosis.

Can you pick me up downtown? Amanda's done a duffy & stolen my car so she can save Burt Reynolds from little aliens or something!

Done a Sully

adj. A Sully is the person in your social circle who club bouncers are magnetically drawn to. A Sully's illicit activity in a club will always be detected, usually embarrassingly quickly, and will result in their being ejected, with lots of tut-tutting and slow head-shaking.

adverb. 'Doing a Sully,' 'He did a Sully;' the person in question was thrown out of the venue, having been caught with a wrap, spliff, cigarette etc.
