This could be caused by a breakup, a family member dying, being robbed, or just simple depression. Sad Nigga Hours usually refers to the times between 7:30 pm and 2:30 am, also known as Real Nigga Hours. However, unlike Real Nigga Hours, which are usually more upbeat, Sad Nigga Hours is usually a time of being there for your depressed friend, or having them be there for you.
