A council of fifty or so red haired people who meet on the perihelion every year to decide on world events. The base of operations is in Jinger Port, South Africa. A majority of their operations are carried out by a secret hit squad of red heads called Ginganinjas.
Some famous members include Ron Howard, Carrot Top, Thomas Jefferson(founder), myself, and Malcolm X(he had reddish brown hair)

One of those rare beauties that mixed couples be having. A black person born with red hair. The person may be easily identifiable as african-american, and can grow a red fro, or they can have mostly all white features but have at least one parent that is black.
