Love is a feeling you have towards someone or something that is very strong. when you say you love someone it can mean 1 of 2 things. 1. That you really car about the person and would do anything for that person or 2. You have romantic feelings for the person. Lots of people ask why a lot of the time what the difference between liking someone and loving someone well in my opinion they are very similar but have very different meanings. Liking someone is something you know it is the stage below it's something you know but you don't feel, it could also mean that you are growing romantic feelings towards that person or it could be that you like something that they wear or something about there personality. Loving something is a feeling you get when you see someone you also know that you care about the person and would do anything for that and would try anything just to make that person laugh cause all you want to do is make them happy. When you love someone you need to tell them and show them that you do as well. Also this is a warning for anyone that uses that word. You need to actually mean it because you know it would hurt someone if you said you loved them but didn't actually mean it because it is a very important word and should not be used unless you absolutely know that you actually would do anything for that person.
