Ghetto Carnival

The traveling carnival that goes from mall to mall and small town to small town bringing amusement rides that are barely up to safety codes. Generally seen in the warmer months as cold weather makes the rides nearly inoperable.

Guy: Are you going down to the ghetto carnival tonight?

Girl: I think so. I saw they brought back the Tower of Death ride. I love the ride, I just wish it worked better.
