The inhabitants of Delco are dominantly Caucasian, but are of the "wigger" category. They are trashy, annoying, uneducated, and are offended by any normal Caucasian who doesn't share their obsession with urban slang and lifestyle. The school districts of Delco, specifically Ridley, refuse to remind these creatures that they do not have an ounce of melanin, and will chastise you for being normal instead.
